Receiving Your Woodplay Playset

If you are a parent that is looking to buy a swing set online for your child, it can sometimes be daunting and difficult to choose the right one. Woodplay orders typically ship within five to seven business days, though arrival times may vary depending on the distance from our Evansville, Indiana warehouse to your location. Because of the size and weight of our swing sets, they are shipped via freight trucking by ground freight. Once your order is on its way, the freight company will contact you by phone to schedule a convenient delivery date and provide a four-hour time window for arrival.

It is important to ensure that the shipping address and phone number on your order are correct before delivery is arranged. On delivery day, an adult over the age of 21 must be available to accept, inspect, and sign for the playset. Please note that delivery is curbside only. The driver will move the load to the back of the trailer, which means you will need to assist with unloading the boxes from the truck at the curb.

Before signing for your delivery, please verify that you have received the correct number of boxes and check for any visible damage that may have occurred during shipping. If there is any damage, be sure to note it on the delivery receipt before signing.
