Receiving Your Woodplay Playset

After purchasing a Woodplay playset online from, you will receive an email from Woodplay Playsets detailing your order information and your tracking number.

Orders typically ship within five to seven days and vary on arrival time based on distance from our Evansville, Indiana, warehouse. Because of the product weight and size, our swing sets must be shipped via a freight trucking company by ground freight. The freight company will reach out to you by phone to schedule a date and time window for your delivery (generally a minimum of a four-hour window).

The item will be delivered to your designated shipping address on your order. Before ordering, it’s key to double-check this address and your phone number are correct.

When scheduling your playset delivery, this is also a good time to connect with an installer if you plan on using one. Find an installer here. An adult over the age of 21 must be available to accept, inspect, and sign for the delivery.

At this time, you should make sure you have received the correct number of boxes and there is not any extensive damage that occurred during shipping. In the unlikely event, there is damage to your package, the delivery receipt must state the damage before it is signed.

Contact Woodplay’s customer service team immediately here if there has been extensive freight shipping damage or if there are missing items. Please supply our customer service team with your order number and item number and we will do everything we can to replace the item promptly on time.
